Some...slightly uncomfortable frisson of feeling runs through Kim when Chris explains why he's giving Kim...whatever it is that he's giving him. Of course, he'd said some similarities and not all but... 'not quite his....any longer'.

Once he does, he.....can't help but be confused. This thing that isn't exactly Chris' anymore...is a ring. Chris is giving him a ring. Kim looks down at it, sitting in the middle of his palm where he's tipped the bag open, and then back up at Chris.
"That's quite the gift."
The look on his face is a bit bemused, but only lightly. It hasn't completely escaped his notice that the ring looks smaller than it should be, smaller then will probably fit on Kim's fingers. It doesn't look like it could have been able to fit on Chris' either. But perhaps from when he was younger....?
